A joint initiative of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, Green Cities 09 is shaping up to be bigger and better than ever.

Taking place in Brisbane from 1-4 March 2009, this is your opportunity to join other green building innovators and decision makers to explore new ideas in sustainable building and learn about the latest industry developments, techniques and strategies.

Keynote Speakers Announced:

Charles Lockwood
Charles Lockwood is a green real estate authority and consultant with 20 years experience. In today's difficult economy, Charles explains how "green" can quickly lower operating costs, attract and retain tenants, and protect and even enhance property values.

Ken Yeang
Dr. Ken Yeang is an architect-planner, ecologist and author who is best known for his signature and innovative green buildings and masterplans. He is regarded as one of the foremost designers and a noted authority on ecologically-responsive architecture and planning.

Douglas Durst
Douglas Durst is a member of the third generation to run The Durst Organization, one of New York City's most respected real estate developers, owners and management companies and one of the originators of the green building movement.
