Warner is a Mechanical Engineer, Sustainability and Building Services Specialist and has been with Connell Wagner for over ten years. Since joining Connell Wagner, Warner has worked in the building services discipline on Environmental Sustainability, HVAC and Telecommunications design work, project management and site supervision in New Zealand and Australia

Qualifications and Memberships:
- Chartered Professional Engineer, New Zealand
- Bachelor of Engineering with Honours (Mechanical), University of Canterbury, New Zealand (1997)
- Diploma - United Technologies Carrier System Design Course (September 1997)
- John Connell Innovation Award - Mechanical Services Discipline. Vodafone Interim Switch, Auckland.  Awarded in recognition of innovation in design of specialist mechanical and fire protection services as well as management of the project.

Expertise:
Design and specification of building services systems for commercial buildings ranging in size from small to multi-storey, including environmental sustainability, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and drainage, Medical Gases, fire protection and separation of services for property subdivisions.  Site supervision experience as well as computer aided design and environmental modelling.  Detailed engineering, project management and site supervision of Telecommunications installations.  Particular experience with primary, secondary and tertiary educational facility developments.
