Dr Vyt Garnys has more than 30 years professional experience in solving technical problems over a wide range of industries. He assists Industries, Governments and Individuals with Industrial Products, Process Problems, Indoor and Outdoor Environmental Risk Assessment, Sustainability and Resolution services, incorporating human health, outrage management and litigation issues.

Over the last 30 years Dr Garnys has been resolving complaints from occupants regarding their indoor environment. He has concluded that there is often a complex interaction between the built environment (the facility) and its function and the occupational climate, social network and health status of its occupants (the ecology). This Facility Ecology approach has been successfully used by Dr Garnys in schools, offices and diverse public facilities, achieving long-lasting positive effects in both the operation of the facility and improved productivity, health and harmony of its occupants. Dr Garnys has also widely consulted in such diverse areas as legionella risk assessments and management, lifecycle analysis, product/process failure investigations (including using synchrotron experiments), environmentally sustainable development, materials selection, corrosion prevention and management, asbestos risk management and incident investigation, hazardous materials audits and water and energy assessments and conservation projects.
