David Duncan, Chief Executive Officer, FMA Australia

David Duncan is Chief Executive Officer of the Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA Australia), a position he has held for the past two years.

An experienced not-for-profit association manager, David has also gained considerable experience from executive management roles in the private and public sectors. His particular interests are strategic planning, business development, corporate governance and marketing.

David holds tertiary qualifications in urban and regional planning (UNE) and an MBA (University of Adelaide). He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of both the Australian Institute of Management and Planning Institute of Australia and a director of Global FM an international association of national associations as well as a director of the Australian Construction Industry Forum.

 

 

 

Green Cities 09 is Australia's premier conference for sustainability in the built environment. A joint initiative of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, the theme for Green Cities 09 is "Valuable, Affordable, Sustainable".

Green building innovators will gather in Brisbane from 1-3 March, 2009 to launch new products and technologies, and explore new ideas in sustainable building.
