Nick Edgerton, Research Analyst Sustainable Alpha Funds Australian Equities AMP Capital Investors


Nick is Research Analyst at AMP Capital's Sustainable Share Fund - Australia's largest Sustainable Investment fund. His prime role is to undertake environmental, social, and governance research of Australian listed companies, including responsibility for the Property sector, and investigate the relationship between sustainability and financial performance. Nick regularly engages with company stakeholders and CEOs, and analyses Sustainability reports to gain insights into intangible value and ESG performance.

Previously, Nick worked as a Senior Research Consultant for the Institute for Sustainable Futures (UTS); as a Policy Officer for the Australian Government Environment Department; and as a Resource Economist for the Scottish Agricultural College. Nick holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Science in ecological economics.

Green Cities 09 is Australia's premier conference for sustainability in the built environment. A joint initiative of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, the theme for Green Cities 09 is "Valuable, Affordable, Sustainable".

Green building innovators will gather in Brisbane from 1-3 March, 2009 to launch new products and technologies, and explore new ideas in sustainable building.
