Chris Carolan, Project Director, Lend Lease

Chris Carolan is from Lend Lease where he has lead the achievement of a number of environmental firsts in the commercial property industry. He was Project Director for Australia’s first 5 and 6 star Green Star As Built projects being 30 The Bond and The Gauge. Chris was also Project Director for ANZ’s 833 Collins Street development which will be Australia’s largest office building. He lead the achievement of the first 5 star Green Star interiors project for Morgan Stanley and the first office fitout project in the UK to secure an Excellent rating under BREEAM. Chris has undertaken executive roles in strategy, sustainability, marketing and business development.

Green Cities 09 is Australia's premier conference for sustainability in the built environment. A joint initiative of the Green Building Council of Australia and the Property Council of Australia, the theme for Green Cities 09 is "Valuable, Affordable, Sustainable".

Green building innovators will gather in Brisbane from 1-3 March, 2009 to launch new products and technologies, and explore new ideas in sustainable building.
